REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation and refund policy is completely governed based on the refund and cancellation policy of the hotel or the resort (property) for which the client has made the booking and as such specific to the policy of the property in this case big the hotel or the resort (property) mentioned and carried forward in the invoice generated.
Sach terms and conditions as laid down by the ownership company of individual hotels and resorts shell be binding for booking the packages from our website.
As a third party outsourcing we are not liable for any discrepancy arising between the booking of such packages from this website between the customer and such hotel or resort chosen for the purpose of stay.
You are advised to directly verify from the websites/email/phone of the property concern. Live link of individul properties / contact information wherever available to us are provided in the appropriate content to our website.
Also this website is as specific as possible into the contents provided by individual hotels and resorts.
Hence we recommend that for all packages mentioned in this website the customer clearly verifies such contents as directly responsible in the policy of cancellation and refund.
In general refund policy applicable by properties booked for are as below :
1. 100% refund on cancellation prior to 30 days of booking a package (check in date).
2. 50% refund on cancellation prior to 15 day of booking a packag (check in date).
3. 25% refund on cancellation prior to 7 days of booking a package (check in date).
4. No refund on cancellation between the 6 days and date of package booking ((check in date).
5. Refund as applicable upon cancellation request only through registrated email id of the customer to our official cancellation email id - cancel@traveltootsy.in (Provided in our Contact Us page). An such refund shall be remitted to the payees account as per information provided by the customer. (Should be the same account from which the payment was made to us).
